Installation of a 7.2 m fixed caged ladder to give safe roof access, plus a 70 m horizontal lifeline run across the metal roof as a work-restraint system for safe gutter maintenance.

Challenge
Facade access was constrained by the site layout. We overcame it with an aluminium tower scaffold to safely install the ladder, and opened up sections of the cladding to fix the support brackets directly back to the primary structure — a prerequisite for a secure, compliant installation.

Outcome
Delivered on programme and to the client's satisfaction, with positive feedback on workmanship and site conduct.
