Terms of use
The terms on which you may use the Apex Access Group website. Last updated September 2026.
1. Who we are
This website is operated by N66 Ltd (registered in England & Wales, company no. 10006868), trading as Apex Access Group (“we”, “our”, “us”), a specialist working-at-height contractor with a registered office at Unit 5, Limetree Business Park, Matlock, Derbyshire, DE4 3EJ, United Kingdom.
These terms govern your use of this website. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
2. These are website terms, not a contract for work
Nothing on this website is a contractual offer. Any project we carry out for you is governed by a separate written quote and terms of business agreed with you directly — not by this website or anything published on it. Case studies, service descriptions and indicative information here are for general guidance only.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers, or any connected system;
- introduce malware, or interfere with the site's security, availability or proper functioning;
- submit false information, or another person's details, through our enquiry form;
- scrape, harvest or systematically extract content or data from the site without our written consent.
We may suspend or withdraw access to the site, without notice, if we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.
4. Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, imagery, photography, logos, graphics, page design and the Trust. By Design.tagline — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual-property rights. You may view and print pages for your own reference. You may not otherwise copy, reproduce, republish or exploit any part of the site without our prior written permission.
5. Accuracy and no reliance
We take care to keep the site accurate and up to date, but we make no warranty that the content is complete, current or error-free. The content is general information, not professional or safety advice for your specific project. Any decision about a working-at-height, fall-protection or environmental scheme should be based on a written proposal and site-specific assessment from us, not on this website. To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for reliance placed on the site's content.
6. Links to other sites
Where we link to third-party websites, we do so for convenience only. We have no control over their content and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss arising from your use of them.
7. Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded under English law.
Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss or damage that is not reasonably foreseeable, or for any business loss (loss of profits, revenue, contracts or data), arising from your use of — or inability to use — this website. The site is provided “as is” and “as available”.
8. Privacy
How we handle personal data submitted through this site is set out in our privacy notice, which forms part of these terms.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision, and the terms in force are those published here when you use the site.
10. Governing law
These terms, and any dispute arising from them or from your use of the site, are governed by the law of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
