Three high-level illuminated tray signs installed post-construction on a fully occupied building using temporary anchorage.
Challenge
Building was fully operational at the time of installation, with no permanent anchorage available. Required careful coordination with building management to avoid disruption to occupants or site operations.
Approach
Apex designed and implemented a temporary anchorage solution and sequenced works to maintain safety controls and minimise disruption. Access arrangements were clearly defined with building management prior to works commencing.
Outcome
Three illuminated tray signs installed safely, on programme, to a high-quality finish.
