Syphonic drainage installation
New syphonic drainage systems on warehouses, distribution centres, retail parks and large-roof commercial buildings. CIBSE-aligned design, BS EN 12056-compliant install, full flow-test certification.

High-level rainwater, syphonic and drainage pipework — installation, repair, replacement and BS-compliant testing delivered by IRATA-certified rope teams.
Rope-access pipework covers the full installation-repair-test cycle on high-level rainwater systems — syphonic drainage runs on warehouses and large-roof buildings, traditional gravity rainwater goods on commercial and heritage facades, and the gutters, downpipes and hopper heads that drain them. Apex teams hold IRATA Level 3 plus the specialist competence (CIBSE-aligned drainage design knowledge, BS EN 12056 testing) needed for syphonic work. The technique avoids scaffold on facades where a one-off pipework intervention doesn't justify the access cost, and lets us deliver gutter clearance and bracket replacement programmes across large estates economically. New installations are issued with O&M packs, flow-test certificates and as-built drawings ready for the building's H&S file.

Component replacement (outlets, primings, anti-vortex plates), pipe-run repair, blockage clearance and corrective re-balancing of legacy syphonic systems that aren't draining to design.
New rainwater pipework on commercial and heritage facades — cast iron, aluminium, GRP and uPVC. Brackets, expansion joints and falls all set per BS EN 12056.
Facade-level gutter clearance, bracket replacement and joint resealing. Common scope on heritage and listed buildings where blocked gutters threaten the fabric below.
Downpipe repair, extension, in-situ relining and section replacement. Hopper head repair on heritage cast iron and replacement on modern systems.
Flow testing, drop testing and certification per BS EN 12056. Full O&M handover packs with as-built drawings, materials lists and maintenance schedules.
Rope access pipework suits any building where high-level rainwater goods need installation, repair or maintenance — and where scaffold is impractical for the works scope.
